If you are not feeling like yourself within the first month or your symtpoms are worsening please seek help as these could be signs of postpartum mood or anxiety disorder. You may contact Carrie by phone or email to schedule an initial consultation.

SYMPTOMS OF POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION INCLUDE:

Sleeplessness or overwhelming fatigue

Extreme mood swings

Feelings of guilt, shame or worthlessness

Decreased concentration or inability to get things done
